Good Samaritan Gwinnett Recognized at the Georgia State Capitol with House Resolution 68
The resolution, presented by Representative Arlene P. Beckles, recognized the vital role Good Samaritan Gwinnett plays in providing high-quality, compassionate medical and dental care to uninsured and low-income residents across metro Atlanta.
We’re incredibly grateful to Representative Beckles for uplifting not only our work but also the work of nonprofits throughout Georgia that are serving their communities with dedication and heart. This moment shows how far community-based care can go when it’s grounded in compassion, equity, and access for all.
Our CEO, Shameka Allen, represented Good Samaritan Gwinnett during the recognition and accepted the commendation on behalf of our staff, volunteers, donors, and the thousands of patients we serve each year.

We are proud to carry this honor forward as we continue our mission of providing accessible, affordable, and quality care to our uninsured and underserved communities.
If you believe in the power of accessible healthcare and want to be part of this mission, we invite you to support our work.
